The newly elected Prime Minister of Nepal, Mr. Pushpa Kamal Dahal, in his address to the nation has prioritised the issue of nationality, meaningful peace process, unity and high spirit in the Nepal Army, Nepal Police, non-corruptism in the civil services. HIs address comes in the day he is going to leave the country for attending the Beijing Olympic Closing ceremony.
This address has tried to persuade the countrymen and political parties that the new government will move strongly ahead in the path of development and state services, keeping in mind the notion of democracy and human rights which played the most important role in bringing along the peace process to a meaningful termination.
The promises made by the government have to be realised. A positive step that has been seen is the active involvement of the PM in solving public problems, the recent being the Flood Relief program Inspection, meeting with the Industrialists and the Transportation businessmen to analyse the defects of Syndicate System and the possible solutions.
Let's hope the new Government will lead the nation in a prosperous path.
